Hello, can anyone shed some light on the sun roof in my Vitara. There is a switch in the roof forward of it but the glass had been sealed up. It does not have the same look as the Grand Vitara sun roof.
Is the Vitara sun roof a retractable one or flip??? I would like to get it working again if it is retractable. If not would re seal it as it is leaking.
Any help would be appreciated please.

Looks like it must be a flip up at the front? Will pull the trim out and have a hack at getting it out.

It won't flip up at the front. It will definitely flip up at the rear of it doesn't slide. At a guess I imagine it's a locally installed prestige or similar roof. I don't recall a factory sunroof but I could be wrong.

This was my thought when I first read the post - was there an OEM sunroof?
