I was wondering if daihatsu feroza would bolt straight onto a Suzuki sierra SJ70, or would some modifacation have to be done.

Also anyone know the correct offset for sierra rims?

I don't recall the offset on Feroza rims, but I recall they fit. I think the offset is slightly different.

Stock Sierra offset is 5P IIRC

From memory they bolt straight on. Rocky rims that are wider, not the Feroza.

Forgive me if I'm wrong, I put Rocky rims on my old Zook 16yrs ago.

Can't remember what Daihatsu they were off, but I put either Rocky or Feroza rims on my trailer - they gave me slightly more clearance between the spring & inner sidewall & were slightly wider in the 1sp place (6" instead of 5.5").

The Feroza rims have more positive offset than Suzuki rims (ie. your track will be narrower.)
