Hi Folks,

Anyone like to recommend (or not) a cheapih double din GPS for the Jimny 2010??

I realise the standard dash is a "one of" but I will modify or replace if necessary.

Taken from my build thread;

I did the most important Jimny upgrade this weekend.
Installed a decent sound system....

Picked up a (hardly) used Chinese Jimny head unit and some new speakers.
That head unit is the easiest change over I've ever done, unscrew and unclip the stock one, screw and clip the new back in and your done.

Needed a bit of trimming to squeeze the 6" speakers in the back, but worth the effort.

It's far from a thumping sound system, but 1000 times better then the stock unit.

*edit;
Just noticed that eBay link has expired, the new one is different. The one I installed had iGo primo GPS and was great off road as well as on road. DVDs worked well, never used the remote though. ;)
