guys got a issue with my 91 vitara tailgate lock... its happened now 4 times.. just wont unlock ,, the only way i can get it open is to remove inside cover from tailgate... and force it open with 2 big screwdrivers.. when i open the locking mech i find the long thin spring seems to be melted into position .. not letting the jaws of the lock open fully.. i suspected it may of been a wiring issue [ earth fault] and removed the solenoid from the central lock mech BUT just happened again .. anyone know a fix for this
