Now they work perfectly all the time, which makes me wonder if a crappy connection to the washer motor or cactus / overloaded (as simple as grubby tubing?) washer motor causes a 'disturbance in the Force' in the wiper circuit?
See what happens after new tubing and washer motor fitted.
I still love rain-x
Yeah,Suzuki uses very thin gauge wiring, easily break inside insulation when there is a disturbance or bent at a sharp angle etc.We have a workshop just up the road and he won't work on Sierra's or Vitara's with an electrical fault, they are common and take up too much time to pinpoint, now the local Auto Electrician he has been referring owners too doesn't want any more Suzuki's referred that are more than 10 years old. I'm surprised there isn't more mention of it on this Forum, might be a 1990's thing and the older models are OK.
