In my opinion 215s and 50mm lift is the best way to start with a Jimny.
Can't say I've read very single Jimny lift thread, but every one that I have read says that Tough Dog kits are waaaaaayyyyy too stiff for Jimnys.
And the eBay kits rarely get a good wrap either.
Tough Dog are the stiffest, Old Man Emu are the softest, all the rest are much of a muchness.
Don't pay too much attention to what they say on the box.
50mm Old Man Emu lifts don't lift the front any more then 15mm.
My 40mm Dobinsons kit lifted my Jimny by 50mm all round (cause I'm not a fan of the OME old school dragster look).
Basically any kit around 50mm is where you should be looking.
Including castor correction bushes will save you from some steering issues down the track too...

As far as local suppliers for Jimny parts, unfortunately there's no really good sites that I found with everything. You have to shop around for different bits and pieces.
