He guys,
I bought an SJ80 recently, which came with a heavy duty plate rear bar with tyre swing and jerry can holder. It a very well made piece of kit and looks like it will outlast the zombie apocalypse.
I don't want to keep it on my current rig - 1.3 due to weight. I have a 1.6efi at the machine shop ATM being cleaned up and the bottom end put together.
Do you think it is worth holdin on to the bar until after I have swapped engines, or selling it? It is quite heavy...
If I sell it what would be a fair price?

Cheers,
Ben

Big rear bars in sierras are silly.

Probably easier to sell it on FB.
Just use the words hektik and sik a lot, and don't forget to mention "turbo" and "comp truck".

Cheers. I agree the extra weight seems unneeded. 250 sounds about right.
