I need some longer wheel studs. I have some front ones that I measured to be 42mm overall.

Where can I get some longer ones from?

I was hoping to get something off the shelf i'm doing some sniffing around at the moment but was hoping someone knew a lead for me off the top of their head. I need longer ones because of my rear disc conversion and alloy wheels.

i have heard skyline ones damo but this is not confirmed.

if you find out let me know as mine are about 8 mm too short.

If the longer ones are needed for a rear disc conversion, and you can buy rear disc conversion kits from lowrange etc, do they come with long enough wheel studs? Maybe try contacting someone who sells the kits, find out if they are long enough studs, and see if they'll sell you some studs?

some where like repco should beable to sell wheel studs too. maybe get them to have a look in the computer ??

From memory they are Liberty ones, I have 10 in a box at bruces place brand new never used

I will check my nice products book tonight and confirm it, there are plenty of M12 x 1.25 studs out there but the tricky bit is getting the right shoulder to press in without re machining bits

Just go to Bursons or whoever and look up their catalogue. I did this ages ago for cammo, as I had the same issue with rear disk conversion and alloys.

Yep, I had a look at their online catalog and was thinking the same thing.

From memory the Suzuki studs are about 12mm on the shoulder, anything that's long enough for what I want is 14mm.

I could always go to a 12x1.5 thread stud and change wheels nuts...

I would think that drilling out where the studs do is a better option than mismatched wheel nuts

I was going to mention that till i realised that the alloy rims would go all the way round and not just on the rear.. but i could be wrong also

Aren't front studs longer than the rears?

Front studs (P/No 09119-12008) are 42mm overall length.
Rear studs (P/No 09119-12007) (used on axle and also brake drum) are 37.5mm OAL.

Futhermore, the spline section is 12mm dia, and 10mm long.

Wants33s, yes fronts are longer but not long enough unfortunately.

Love the avatar, Year`s ago i got some stud`s from ripco that went into the hole`s but I had to grind a bit off the back, thay were alot longer than std.

Repco and every other parts mob are distributors for the mob Royce mentioned. I'll track down a suitable part number from them and see if I can get them to order it in.

x2. I have longer ones on cammo. NFI what they are off though. Just look up the specs on the sierra one in their wheel stud book, then look for another that is the same shank and spline length with longer thread.
