Hi all, I have a white 1975 LJ50V and I am trying to find the original suzuki colour code for it. Not sure where to look on the vehicle or online. Anyone know? Thanks

It's usually on a plate under the hood, on the firewall, along with the chassis number/VIN

The colour was called "Francois White" with the Suzuki code of 01T.

Maunsell Number for the colour (although very few paint suppliers use that system anymore) is 9.5GY 8.6/0.8.

Protec/PPG Australia have the colour in their database as "Suzuki 01T White". This white remained in use for LJ50, LJ80/81, 1.0lt Sierra and NT 1.3 Sierra (and other vehicles of the period; Carry, Hatch, Mighty Boy, etc). New shade of white came out in WT Sierra and Vitara (and all other Suzuki vehicles) in 1988 "26U Superior White".

Hi All brand new to the group with an 1974 LJ50V .
Can someone please advise where on the ID plate is the colour code, as my plate is faded but the original colour was like a British racing green.
Cheers Ian
