Loose battery cable to the starter? Check over everything you've touched

i have the same issue
give your starter a good whack with a hammer and turn over at same time does the trick for me:)

Are you sure all connections are tight and making good contact? ie: clean and free of crap. What are the battery terminals like? Tight and clean also?

The only crap on em is lol bits of metal from where my battery charger scratches it up... The bolts are on too tight for me to undo and the wire to the starter motor is tight at both ends... Looks clean... Lights and everything come on fine... But nothing from the motor...

Terminals are definitely tight on the battery posts? Do you have someone who could try jump starting?
If all else is ok, it must be the starter. Was it new or rebuilt?

is the start motor jammed against the ring gear? put it in 4th, handbrake off & see if you can rock & roll the zook forwards & backwards against the compression to un jam it.
im guessing it's on flat ground?

On flat ground now and it's tough to roll feels like there's the wheels are square if you know what I mean easy to a point hard then easy again will keep rocking

Out the back of coles union square in Brunswick yeah there's bursts of air being sucked into the carby and a knocking noise coming from the engine when I push it back in a straight line bout 4 or 5 every metre I push?

Makes the whole engine jump and something there makes the noise
could just be my noisy engine turning over... But haven't noticed it before...

Union square Brunswick?
Just hide in the bushes and leave the keys in the ignition - someone will have it started in no time.... you'll just have to run after them.
*sorry* , cheap shot I know Lived in Brunswick for a while - three out of three cars vandalised.
Steve.
