Ok, i just got off the phone to koyo,

Good and Bad news,
Good news is you have the right bearings for a coily,
Bad news is if the OD is loose your hubs are chewed out.

DAC 4168W
ID - 41MM
OD - 68MM
Wir - 40mm
Wor - 35mm

the sizes match up to the jimny/coily bearings.

is it only just spinning in the housing? does the housing have many marks in it?
if its still a tolerance fit you could put some loctite on the od of the bearing to lock it in, but if there is any gaps the loctite won't cure (loctite cures when you remove air). if there are gaps you could use a two part apoxy.

the best thing to do would obvioulsy get a new hub but that costs alot more than a 10ml bottle of loctite.

yeah your bearing hubs are already warped so who gives a fuck mine was like that for years.

seems like if you ever put an aftermarket bearing in or let your bearings wear out in a coily or maybe even jimny the bearing hub warps very easily.

65 bucks a side rusho at one stop suzi shop for jimmy hubs mate. yeh you cant wreck it any more go hard. i am known as wobbly wheels on the uhf in our 4wd circle and finally this arvo i fixed the wobble. so good.

Where is this one stop suzi shop you talk of?? How much were your bearings?

haha. pretty close to us, only at nerang. i got whole hub assemlies from suzi auto services at springwood for 100 a side that comes with bearings and all. i have paid 70 for one bearing and i have also paid 100 for a kit that does both sides.

yep thats what it came down to for me. just make sure that your hubs are definately worn though. and dont throw your old bearings and hubs out! Drop round to mine in the arvo one day soon and ill show you what i got and what i used.
