i am currently in the middle of rebuilding a G13 engine
and i want to know the difference between.
-G13a
-G13b
-G13ba
i have found a cheap G13ba bottom end on ebay, but i have G13a heads.
-will these fit
-will the oil pump and rear seal housing fit
and will there be any other little problems arrise along the way

The crank is different between 1324cc and 1298cc versions, the 1324cc has a slightly longer stroke.
FWD and RWD have different water pumps AFAIK, and subsequently different pulleys.

They all bolt up to each other. The difference is in the water pump as already said. the 8v head will bolt up to any G block 1300 or 1600 and work but the 16v has to go on a 16v block due to the pistons. Some people will tell you the 8v head will not work on a 16v block but they are full of shit.
And yes they should be fine

thought about it again..
will persist with what i have already. so you can go for it.
dont want the little problems like chasing pulleys and little things like that.
i already have 2 whole engines in parts ready to be machined
