sounds to me like you do not understand the basics of turbocharged performance and have been wasting everyones time with this thread.
more boost needs more fuel or bang, high boost on a n/a engine requires race fuel or a rebuild to suit a turbo not to mention an aftermarket computer or a hobbs pressure extra injector setup.

Well surely you can summise that the G16 is not well suited to forced induction based on the comment of those on this forum. Having said this, anything is possible given enough money and skill; of which you have none going by your comments.
An NA 1.6 coverted to turbo requires ALOT of work to make it reliable for moderate boost (>12psi) To run 16psi on a G16 you will be spending thousands more.
So instead of asking the same question over and over again, why don't you leave the computer alone for a few hours and go and visit some engine builders. That way you can formulate your own opinion on what is best for you.

I would absolutely get Rotormotion to build an engine for me if I wanted a Rotor for a street or track car... But I can see where they are coming from on an off-road car...

Anyways, nothing suited to boost will "bolt in" to your sierra. Any project you undertake to swap in a boost friendly motor will cost you more than reworking the motor you have now.
We need " how deep are your pockets" because regardless of what you want to do, it's going to cost.
What you need to do is sit down and work out exactly how much power you need Personally, I've driven a few G16B sierras and I think they drive quite well. I don't think a sierra needs a heap more power, but some more midrange torque might be nice. The big deal is that you need to be able to deploy that power. 100000kw might be achievable, but if you can only use 70Kw, then that's all the power you need.
It's clear that a WELL TUNED stock motor will take 6 psi. 6 psi is probably plenty if it comes in at the right point and the car is geared to use it. That's probably going to take the motor to around 100kw and I reckon that will be heaps.
I'd get the motor back to good health, maybe sell your turbo and get something smaller, send some money on tuning and be happy with a reliable 100kw rather than a 130kw money pit or grenade.
Steve.
PS Try reading your post back and when you stop to take a breath, put in a full stop. Your posts are pretty hard to read and that will reduce the quality of the reponses you get.

You asked for bolt in nothing more needed... so you have the 1.6. but you dont wanna spend the money to do it properly.
The other options have already been given too you in this thread. 4agze or a built turbo version. sr20det or ca18det. or rotor. All of which you seem to have pretty much ignored? but none of which are bolt in
how much more spoon-fed do you want info?

So your asking... Will the g16 with the right mods and enough dyno time handle big boost and make big numbers reliably?
What sort of output are you after?
What brake, axle and suspension upgrades have you done?
