This guy on the right?

Not sure the immob wires are up for the job they're as thin as string. I can pair them together I guess... even so :?

Also - white and yellow is constant 12v, white yellow black is ignition 12v, or other way around? I could test, but the battery is out and can't be arsed putting it back in...it's lunchtime :)

wasting your time if you are going to wire it at the key

the wires are plenty good enough for passing the current for the starter solenoid

OK, lunch over - back from a Bunnings mission. I won't do it at the key, just identifying the wire from there. Gonna snip this wire at the connection module pull it out of the grouped heatshrink sheath and run it up and over to the immobiliser so there's no length to short circuit. Then i'll join the wire again on the far side of the connection module deep behind the dash.... that's the plan anyway.

Earth are black, make sure at least one of your earths is BOLTED to a solid earth you run yourself
Ignition on Black/white
Door youll have to run
Immob 1, same black/white, but cut it in downstream of ignition on
Immob 2, Starter should be black/yellow
You could also instead cut the power to the shutoff valve for the gas, if you can get to it neatly

I'm installing this immobiliser into my new zook, it's all good and I only have the ignition line to wire up, but i'm double guessing myself with this concept of negative switching. I just want to confirm the definition of "downstream" - does that mean on the key barrel side of the immobiliser or on the firewall loom side?

Two 500mm wires will get a sierra going.
Not hard at all if you aren't worried about indicators, charge etc.
