That would go to the idle up air bypass solenoid. Block it off when you mount it. SHouldn't have any issues

OK cool, I have the adaptor plate made, was just wondering if I need to get the dremel out and accomodate for this.
So the throttle butterfly is supposed to sit slightly open at rest to allow for an idle flow?

If it has the bypass blocked off then yes it will need to be slightly open. Fab up a throttle stop so you can adjust your idle speed.

It's got an adjuster screw already, but as it's set the butterfly is 100% closed at rest. Easy fix, cheers guys

butterfly should sit slightly open so it doesnt jam or give a stiff feel when opening
