nope

those holes are only 13mm in diameter. By the time you put a chamfer on them for the nuts you will have 2 that will likely break through to the hole next to them.

18mm chamfer is the green line. I would suspect the chamfer to be a bit bigger than what I have drawn

Weld the holes up properly and get your mate who's machining your gears to chuck the wheels in the mill and get it done properly.

dam that's close...
I will grab out the verniers out and have a proper measure at some stage.
60' is the angle of the taper if any one is wondering.
