The park globe is between the headlight and indicator globe - access from next to the indicator globe but you can't get to it with the black plastic shorud on the rear of each headlight in the way. You need to remove the plastic shroud from around the rear of the headlight - crap task I know.
What I did was remove the grill so as to access the front trim-clips on the black plastic headlight shroud. It's a crap job just to replace a globe, but I did cut a slot in the middle of each plastic shroud so in future I can reach in there and twist out the globe holder just like with the indicator globe. No tools required then!
I think on the drivers side the washer bottle and horn had to come out as well so I could get in there!
Alternatively you could also remove the plastic shrouds altogether, but if you modify them you won't have any problem accessing the park globe in the future.

Ah... I see.
I had a look earlier on removing the grill but couldn't find the bolts/ screws for it. Maybe I can get a sharp Stanley knife or something and trim the plastic back... or am I likely to rip into the wiring or something doing that?
I reckon that the designer thought this would be a great laugh... maybe he knew he was getting sacked and this was his last hurrah!
