Zukenutter, feel free to pioneer the Jimny rear sway bar. This seems to be the best approach after Steve explained the issues to me. Steve suggested attaching it to the tow bar and then the shock mounts or radius arm bolts. Just need to work out what bar from what car will fit and sort out all the mountings. Not something I have time to tinker with at present. Might need to start a new thread for it.

I've bought stuff from asian countries like that before when I bought a heap of 'MIC' jimny stuff. If anyone wants it in Black instead of Red, just ask, I'll bet they'll spray yours in black no problems. Pretty sure they will be making them to order.

getting ack to the original question does anyone have any before and after pics with either of the aftermarket arms showing the bent front springs with original arms and how straight they make them with aftermarket ones and how far they move the axle forward

Ok yeah thats way better than my 3in lift with orig arms will prolly go with the jimny bits arms seems they around the $600 mark delivered

She sees a lot of salt. Everything that's not bolted to the body or chassis is a bit orange really shows how effective the ERPS is at protecting the body and chassis.

this might give some idea of the jb dimentions vs stock. jb installed, and stock hanging off the tail of the front bolts

Ora arms were close to $800 delivered i have ended up ordering front and rear jb arms and a 25mm tailshaft spacer delivered $830 to nsw. i still need bushes id prefer genuine anyone got any used had experience with alternatives?

you can press out and reuse the bushes you already have if their in ok condition. i see no value in rear arms.
prop spacer goes in the front

ive seen if on the Zanfi Group FB page looks pretty wild, all the jap jimnies run them...

you could just buy a couple TD adjustable panhards and some 8-10MM plate and go from there

Do you have a good fabrication background? How much research have you done on how to build your own suspension?

yea spent 3 year welding up trucks and trailers, and fixing there suspension, have a fair idea, never attempted it before though, so no real experience, that's why im on here...i rekon we could nut it out, how hard can it be....the Japanese kit doesn't look overly complex..

Not the one I was thinking... It bolted to the bottom of the chassis and created more hang up than flex lol

Lol wish i had chrome shocks, so my jb arms turned up they look pretty good theyre heavier than i thought very solid construction. i price genuine rubber bushes(12) from penrith suzuki will have to rder them in $546.00 priced jb rubber ones delivered $655.00 what is everyone else running id prefer rubber and whatd you pay

I just jb to press in standard bushes. Their softer then polly and that means the flex better.

If you're referring to the coil sierra photo that Jim_Aus posted, they're not chrome shocks, they're airshocks.
Heavily inclined, inboard air shocks+no swaybar+no roll stiffness from the suspension=massive flops
