I'm bored with this. I have run two of these pumps in series with the stock water pump removed with the 660, then the stock pump only with the 1.6, then one as a booster to the stock pump.

Car did weird cooling stuff with no booster pump on the 1.6

With the Bosch pump/pumps it stays/stayed cool.

Nothing bad happens. I run them constantly on (ign+Ve)

Nobody else has any experience with this part number and a rear mount radiator. Power consumption is minimal. No fancy switching, pressure, temperature or pump management is required. There's no need to make it more complicated or expensive.

the only change i would potentially do is the same as i have set up the fans on dmfelix's car
i run a temp switch on the thermostat housing to switch things on (his has a overide off switch 2)
that would keep running times down to when "required" but im with steve full time would be mint.

Just welded up some adapters using different pipe diameters- just bits of roll bar tube etc. you
