Could anyone assist? - My rebuild is going well, except I have a few things I didn't lable and the haynes manual is vague.
Pic 1. Where do the circled pipes from the carby connect to??
Pic 2. Where do both top and bottom outlets from the fuel pump go ? I think I have worked out the bottom, but not the top ... BTW - The bottom could be incorrect, so if you know then let me know..
Pic 3. Starter Motor - This is really bizzar (to me anyway) - the red connector - which side of the starter does it go? and what goes to the other side ??
Any help would be appreciated !.....

Look's like it, top one look's like the tank return.

The upper fitting on the carb is the fuel bowl breather and had a rubber hose going to the air filter box i think.

carby pic........top port breather to charcoal canister for the bowl, not the airbox. bottom port for the brake booster.
top fuel line not used on the pump in the photo goes to the fuel feed for the diaphram pump (acclerator pump/ foot pump)on the inner front of the carby, then, the other port on the diaphram pump then becomes the new return line.

Do you have full details on the vac line system for that carby? I have mixed mine up and car only runs for 1 minute now.
