Hey! the battery in my new heapajunk (95 lwb v6) is pretty knackered, and i'm chasing up a new one, since there is only enough room for 1 battery in the engine bay, bigger is obviously better? Has anyone had any luck fitting something like a N70ZZ in there? or would that be going too big?

batterys on the passengers side... has all the abs crap on the drivers side, height and width of the n70zz is the same as a n70, only the length that differs... its about 300mm long. Looks like it shoud fit, will be tight tho

if its on that side you should be able to go to 300mm easy enough, I cut the tray flat and bolted a generic tray onto it for mine, jsut triple check the height, the 120 ah/hr agm I had in before put a dent in the bonnet :)

Jeez 8O with over 700CCA, i would be putting a bit of thick rubber or some insulation between your bonnet and the positive terminal of that battery matey, cause if that dead shorts to your bonnet, like bouncing when 4WDing, you gonna be in BIG trouble ! :?
