As has been said, there's nowhere near enough information in your post to help.

I'm not being a grammar/spelling nazi but your post is pretty hard to understand too.

What axle ratio are you running?
What transfer case are you running?
What tyre size are you running?
(if road driving is important) what are your cruise revs? (@ 100km/h)
How is the suspension set up? How tall is the car (a photo might help here)
What do you use the car for? (i.e do you need more power on road or off road?)

A double cardan joint in the rear tailshaft might help with vibration, but to get one to work properly you might need to roll the rear differential. for a double cardan shaft t work you will need to point the rear diff at the transfer so the uni at the diff has no angle. All the angle must be borne by the cardan joint or you will still have vibration, so it might be an expensive/complex item to fit.

As per every other thread about turbo/supercharging, it's not cheap and the learning curve can be expensive. Adding boost to a carby G16 to try and fix a gearing problem is a bad idea. (It's actually an expensive way to fix a gearing problem - gearing a sierra transfer case is cheap)

Steve.

PS - You'll notice I've really just asked a whole bunch more questions. You need to provide as much information as possible when you ask for help so we can provide helpful advice. It's a slow and difficult process to draw out what we need to know to help you out.

the ratio in mine is 4.1 i donjt think this helps tho.

engine mods
extractors and a sport system
intake ie k&n (might help)
nos injection
bigger better carbi

get some reduction gears they are awesome.

put sierra diffs back in it coz you dont need lux diffs with 32's

I spraypainted my car after it had been sitting in the shed for a week after a day playing in serious clay/mud
It looked sick! All rugged and the like
Then Dad told me i was an idiot lol, so i washed it off with a Gurney :D
