ok im going to go pick up my OME springs i ordered im going to do RUF with them now i have a question iv been seeing alot of people extented there Chasie out ...but iv also herd that u could just re drill ur rear hangers ..can anyone explane whats the best way to do this set up ...thanks

that is a great example of a RUF set up but it all depends how much work you want to do, theres a few threads laying around for each one, extending chasis usually involves moving the diff forwards which can help with bigger wheel clearance but is also more work

Mine's in my sig to help your search. Redrilling your rear hangers works but doesn't give as much tweakability due to the limitations on where you can put your new mount.

New hanger plates bolted to the sides of the cut-down original mounts.

what exactly is involed in doing rear up front?
and whats the advantage you gain?

RUF allows longer springs to be fitted to the front, thus allows more wheel travel...

If you extend the chassis and move the front mount forwards, you move the front diff forwards and increase the distance from the firewall to the tyre, so you can fit significantly bigger tyres.

Its one of the more effective but not too expensive upgrades you can do to your suspension.
