i brought a piranha kit and the guy told me just to pop the factory cap off and the new air line will go straight on but thats not the case i pop it off and there's a hole nothin to put the line on to whats next help cheers nick

doesn't the hose fit over the diff breather nozel thingy?

did you tell him it was a sierra? I guess ya did?

the hose supplied should fit straight over that and then clamp it up.

But what I done on mine was get a 1/8bsp tap, ran it down that hole (perfect fit, no drilling required) and then screwed a brass hosetail fitting into it and used a smaller hose. (half inch hose is major overkill)

just make sure to change the diff oil after doing this and give it a blow through to remove any filings.

i used about 100mm of 1/2 fuel line
1/2 male barb 1/4 bsp to 1/4 female barb 1/4 bsb. (2x front/back)
4m 1/4" fuel line.
8x Clamps to suit.
2x inline fuel filters. rpf1005

cost under $40

once you undo the factory diff breather i assume that it will unscrew from that welded nutsert??? what size is the hole/thread so that i can put some festo quick fit elbows in help asap cheers at work for anoth 1hour need to know so i can buy some from work.cheers nick

The cap is just crimped on, you can pry it off with a screwdriver. Underneath that cap should be a spring which holds a little disk down over the nipple welded into the diff housing.

No, it's welded into the housing.
