well i got bored and thought i'd get ready one of the vitaras at work for the 31's. here is how i went.

started but cutting the rear guards and folding them up, pulled the front bumper of because it had no chance of turning with it on.

how it sits on the 31's with no lift, no front bar.

i'll putting a extended bump stop in the rear that will about 25- 30 mm as its just staring to rub and has about 10 mm till the bump stops touches.

the front clears the outside guard but just touches the fire wall and inside where the plastic guard liner was bolted to. this is lock to lock and i was quite surprised that it does not need grinding. front is on the bump stops so a hammer will fix the inner and wall.

how do they go with the gearing?
or have you changed the gearing drom stock?

the car is a auto, but to tell you the truth it drives better( gearing) than the other one i have on 235 that is a manual

what did u do with the inner guards? any photos of the inners would be great

i'll grab some this arvo but all i did was get a 2 pound hammer and asked it nicely to move out of the way

ahaha is that a nice way of saying that you abused the crap out of it?
doesnt the inner guard clip in? i thought it did, just wondering where its clipped to now? or have i got it completely wrong?

When I did my front i folded the inner lip flat out in to the void then folded the outer skin in to the void then just screwed the plastic bit back on
Can't even tell it's been done
