If you just have a 2inch spring lift i'd suggest getting 235s. I have the same setup on my white sierra, I used to have 30s which was ok for most stuff but under full flex it scraped the front tyres a bit. Depends what kind of tracks and driving you like to do i guess.

legal is 15mm above standard too, which limits you to 215/75
there are no shades of legal either, IE 235 arent more legal than 37's
but 235 is a good fit and pretty popular

I know plenty of people that havent had any trouble
they need to prove the tyres cause the accident, so if you ran into somebody they could say that was the fault

in vic for a live axle vehicle its 50mm above the largest tyre that was available for that diff. note i said that diff and not that vehicle. 31's are the max legal tyre i can engineer. on ifs cars its usually 15mm above standard as thes generaly have a different wheel bearing arrangement.

yes, remove your compliance plates, build it with components designed to handle those loads and get an engineer to sign off on it and register it as a ICV

so the largest legal tire i can go is 215 75R 15
so if i fit 235 it is illegal but they hav to prove that it was the tires that cause the crash am i correct

yes and also depending on how large you go before the engineer will pass you he will make you upgrade components like your brakes and the necesities so they can deal with the out of wack gearing

In VIC it's +50mm for 4wd's, solid of IFS.
