hey all, i have to retension the head on my g16b, but im not so keen to have to take the cam and rocker gear off to do so.
I know suzisport have a tool that allows them to tighten it without removing the cam, does anyone know how to make this tool, or any other way around this? thanks

Hi-jack but similar question,
Block is good, Head is good, But there is an oil leak betwen the two. Should i put a new gasket to fix it?

Yep. Whether you machine and check the head or not is up to you

Mondo says that there is a blue line on the head gasket. What does that mean?

A blue circle?? If so it's most likely a monotorque gasket. Don't worry about retensioning
