oh yess, that could be an issue. do you know of any chips for the petrol? or am i best off gettin a re-map or something?

Most times unless you've got a turbo or supercharger than can have the boost upped you'll get minimal gains from a remap.
At best you'll get a more responsive engine that feels like it goes better.
