hi guys. trying to get my dash cluster out of my 92 swb sierra but i cant seem to work out how it pulls out of the dash. it wont go past the hazard light switch. any tips? do i haveto take the whole dash out just to remove the cluster? cheers

wiggle wiggle.. then once its out, cut a small tab outta the bottom of the cluster for an easier re-fitment/removal next time...

Dont want to cut it.. live with it being a tight awkward fit I believe is the consensus...

2 bolts, undo the column and let it drop down a bit

There is a better way :crazy: Undo the 2 bolts that hold the steering column to the cross bar. You'll then be able to push the column down enough to get the cluster out.

Also remember there are 4 screws holding the cluster in, 2 countersunk ones on top of the dash and 2 screws undernear the cluster.
