1.6 8v into sierra no spot for fuel pump

Currently putting a 1.6 carby into a mates Sierra but it turns out there is no place for the mechanical fuel pump to be bolted into the head

Anyone have any suggestion on how to run electric fuel pump with the carby

Maybe a head off something else spark plugs are in the side of the head so I believe it isn't a 16v efi head

Can any shed some light on this

Run a ticker fuel pump there about $100 but work ok not to sure on a Sierra though and if you do a fuel pump do it after the filter in a cool safe spot

I'll upload a pic of my g15a and spot the difference I'm doing the same conversion as we speak also the I've got the numbers on the back of the head they read 60a and there's a s2 under it

I hope it helps out it should sit at the top of the inlet manifold at the back of the head

Thanks for your help

Someone has bolted on a carby manifold

Would it be easier find the efi gear for this motor or adapt a electric fuel pump

What car would I find the 8v efi in?

I think some one bolted on a carby.....

just run a elc pump, problem solved....

What would be the best way to run electric pump will I need a regulator ?

I've never used regulators with electric fuel pumps,
but you need a very good needle and seat, to stop overfilling carby bowl.
Those I know who nhave used regs, like them better on angles
