We have done the above conversion and have found that the spark fires for about 2 seconds and then there is no spark at all then if I continue to crank . It sounds like the injectors are doing the same

Gathering circuit diagrams I have 3 now and none fit the Australian G16B ECU which has 3 plugs going in to it.

Does anybody know where I can get a circuit diagram for an Australian Vitara 91 to 98 . It was manufactured in Japan

Mine is differnt to that, it has 2 plugs going into the ECU. Baleno's have 3 plugs, but their ingition system is different.

Are you sure you have a Vit motor?

Thanks want33s
Thats for 1996 System Wiring Diagrams
Suzuki - Esteem

and I cant recognise the wiring as the same as ours. If I read it right that model has four plugs in the ECM , is that right ?

Im getting the feeling its a prior year to this so perhaps 91 to 95 ?

Baleno may be a possibility ,I will try to attach a picture. Can anybody pick anything from these?

I wasn't sure if it was correct or not. Might be wrong years.
Esteem.. Baleno= same car..different markets.

PS: You might want to move that pod filter from above the manifold. They burn easily, besides you don't want the engine sucking hot air.

I'll dig a bit deeper...see if I can find more diagrams. 8O

Distributor supplied has 2 wires ,red and white from memory. The wires on the loom though are different colours ,blue/ black ands something else ,not sure . Two pickups in the dizzy one after the other. Air flow sensor had no place to go so we put it in the short rubber piece before the throttle.

Fine want33s , I cant go anywhere atm.

There are some manuals in the download section, and you'll also find some stuff on www.suzukiinfo.com.
