This question would normally be better suited to tech, but what are your plans as far as links go?
Are you hoping to re-use the radius arms?
If yes, you will need to run the coily HP centre, and knuckles, and tie rod.
If this is the case, all you really need is a WT housing and CV's......

it wouldn't be suited for tech because i'm wanting to buy, hence why it's in the 'i want it' thread.
i have no idea, i just want a diff!
once i have the diff, i will then ask for advice in the appropriate section!

mrgtt34 wrote: Carnt see whats so difficult about it. I should have got you to do mine then Packaging it all to fit is the main problem, steering is a big issue. Oh yeh, there is a WT housing at Mr.Fats house that probably isn't getting used. Will have to double check though

once i have the diff, i will then ask for advice in the appropriate section! You've misinterpreted my post. I said that MY question was probably better suited to tech, seeing as this is a wanted ad and all. And my question is quite relevant to your plight, as you probably don't NEED a full diff (@$250) when you could get away with a bare housing and CV's (@$100) if you plan to re-use your diff centre, steering and knuckle/ hub assembly. Coily drivers

So you'll need a NT rear diff centre (3.9 with 26 spline side gears), and a WT housing and knuckles. ( unless you plan to run the 22 spline stuff at first)
Want 33's may have those parts.

As previously mentioned...I have a wt housing at Fatzook's house. You won't need axels or cv's since you want cromo's. I suggest you send 2stroker a PM for the swivel hubs and bearing hubs. You will still need a NT rear centre so you can match your coily rear ratio

bek wrote: i'm not gonna fuck around with nt centres an all that crap yet cause i don't have the money for chromos So your going to run a 3.7 ratio in the front and a 3.9 ratio in the rear? That should work well We are only offering suggestions. My coily has just gone through this process, it's far from an easy undertaking. I'm sure you will figure all that out though

It's going to be a slow build, she wants a wide track front diff, why is that so hard to grasp? Want a complete wide track diff, yea it will eventually be under her coily with chromos, Arb locker and matching centres

You cant use the center at all so why buy it depending on how you set the suspension up, either using the orignal links or making all new ones you cant use the WT steering so why buy it Perhaps instead of listening to a few people that reckon it will be easy and jsut go grab a diff, you should start a tech thread asking about what some of the common pitfalls to this conversion are, or indeep if you are jsut wanting to get rid of the struts, what options are availble to do this, you can do it while keeping the coily diff

OK, so.... you're trying to convince a woman of your point of view using an argument based on logic and fact. Did you really think that was going to work?

I have a WT housing, swivels, 3.9 crown wheel and pinion. which you could have had for less than a whole diff, but eh...
the guys were just trying to save you money you could have spent on the chromos.
