I have seen someone post a pic of their divider they made up out of marine ply.The divider is for a soft top to make the front cab as "secure" as can be and reduce noise and wind bufffeting from the rear .
Does anyone have specs for the odd shape of the area that is behind the seats and where the divider goes? I was thinking of getting a large sheet of butchers paper and scribing it on as a template ?

IMO grab some cardboad (try the back of safeway or coles and just ask the workers for a big bit) cardboard will be able stand up and hold its wieght unlike butchers paper which would just flop around, will make it alot easier. I am shortly going to make one for my swb sierra and will use cardboard.

Tried plastic sheeting = Bastard.
Tried card board = Semi bastard ,but a basic template .

At least ive got a rough template now but will have to trim up a few practice ply sheets before a nice tight fit is found ! Once I have a fited rear divider, I will fit a perspex window into it so I can see the trafic im holding up !
