the arms bolt the same to frame or to both transfer cases, the 1ltr and 1.3ltr? both of the cases share the same case design?

Hello again and thanks for your replys !
I went and bought the 1lts t/c but i'm frustrated for many other things well, you right. it fits nicely in the calmini cardle.. thanks again. but i had to remove the drum handbrake and find a corect flange to go with my coily rear driveshaft. will the newer part on my coily will fit? second, i bought long time ago driveshaft that come from an old model that (i think 84' lwb sierra) goes between the t/c and the transmition. and it doesn't fit the 1lte t/c
can you help me to look for the right parts needed? thanks !

Hello epitam, what we usually do is remove the drive flanges from the I litre transfer and bolt on the drive flanges from your transfer that way your drive shafts all bolt up.
However there are two kind of 1 litre transfer case the earlier model can he recognised because it does not have a switch module for the 4x4 light and this model has different splines than the 1300 models.
If you have an early model you need to made a "hybrid" drive shaft by fitting 1 litre ends to your drive shafts, this can be achieved because the universal joints are the same size.
Hope that helps

2stroker thanks for your reply. I have the model with the unit but does the regular 1.3t/c splines are the same as the coily t/c?
Second, if i'll not be satisfied with the 1ltr reduction will I be able to put full kit inside like 4.9 or even 6.5?
Thanks again! Much appreciated your help.
