I've got a pin hole in her so after the weekend going to replace it usually runs at around half way

Got offered a plastic one a steel one or a ally one and my plastic one got worn around where the cap goes on and started to leak so was thinking steel or ally

The fins and tubes (the part that actually does the cooling) is aluminium anyway. its would be more the design and shape of the tubes and fins that would have any advantage over another type. unless you were changing to a copper radiator, but they are quite weak compared to an aluminium radiator. you are far better off running a larger radiator or just sticking with the stock one that's designed for its motor.

As far as I know it's the same as the stock but instead of the top and bottom being plastic it is aluminium
|
