I seem to remember someone enlarging a balljoint eye to fit a larger balljoint to a sierra draglink or something Is there a tool I can buy to increase the taper and is it easy enough to do?

I have a pair of Sierra swivel hubs already reamed out to take Toyota tie rods. PM me if interested.

The tool is called a tapered reamer.
But you can't fit larger Tie rod ends to the suzuki arms. You need to make new arms as well.

It's not for the tie rod nor the knuckles it's for the draglink. I have pajero ps box that has a balljoint so my plan was to make a draglink with an eye at each end screwed into a nice piece of 4130 Your thoughts?

What do you mean by "an eye at each end"?

The normal drag link on a sierra has one eye end that fits on the balljoint on the tie rod and a ball joint end that fits into the pitman arm. I need a set up that has two eye ends ans the pitman arm on the steering box has a ball joint. Hope that makes sense

It does.
But I don't think you can buy those ends. They are cast.

That is my dilemma Either I have to rework the ones I have or find another pitman arm that fits the pajero steering box
