Theres 1 kit on eBay poly bushes - $179 n suzistore has a kit rubber for 99, is there anywhere I can get a replacement kit cheaper? I need to pull out my 2" lift kit for a roadworthy. cheers.

$100 is the cheapest you'll find, suzuki want $28 per rubber ie $56 per mount

Use 10mm thick rubber sheet cut into squares like 1ls and LJs do.

What he said, rubber sheet or conveyor belting.

Conveyor belting is lots easier to cut if you bend it so your stanley blade isnt trapped by the rubber.
Dont try to cut all the way through in one go, take a few swipes- then there is much less force needed + less chance of your thumb ending up on the "I'm a dickhead" or the "pain thread"

Dribble water on the belting while you cut the straight bits, water makes the blade cut lots easier,

Then a hole punch, water and big hammer for the bolt holes.
[drill can be used- but it will probably try and grab and spin]

Bit hard if its a 1.3 for the conical rubbers. Your originals should still be there, you'll need the steel sleeves though
