When you have your bumpstops touching the axle the leverage on them helps push the drooping side down further. How far are you flexing your springs during up travel? Try fitting some bump stops and see if it changes. Also do a RUF to help with travel. To be honest you have a decent amount of travel there for a SWB on stock length springs. Fit lockers and drive it. Ramp flex is for posers.
