So, broke the top of my dipstick, anyone got one floating around after a Conversion?

Liana so might be the same.

May as well see if somebody has a fuel rail with a return while I am here

I'll check out the dipstick tomorrow off my m18 and see if it's the same as the jimny. You're welcome to it if it is. Is it out of your swift?

Yeah for the swift, just measure from the stopper to the fill mark to see if they are the same.

Might be easier to just get a brand new one as Suzuki charged me only $18 (I snapped mine doing the swap to a M15a)

Actually no. The Liana stick is matched to the sump, different location on the rocker cover too.

nah... I got worried when my mate went to stick the Jimny dipstick in because the 1.5 one was hitting the bottom of my sump. so i but the Jimny tappet cover on and measured from the sump gasket to the dipstick hole... but the extra 500ml you would get from the Jimny dipstick wouldn't hurt it I dont think.

These crappy dipsticks appear to have a code stamped in the metal just below the plastic bit. My Jimny has 80A (bought as a replacement for M13 Jimny from Mr Suzuki). The conversion to M15 was done b4 my ownership so confirmation from someone with original M13 Jimny would be good. The Swifts etc may all be different as well.
M18 Liana has 69G and is a bit longer with full/low markings somewhat different as well.

It turns out the stamped code is part of the genuine part number !!! So 80A is Jimny M13 and 69G is M18 Liana
