To expand on the above explanation a bit, a suspension lift will only increase the vertical distance a tyre can travel in the wheel well. A larger tyre still has to clear the rear and front edge of the wheel well. Additionally, your turning radius may decrease slightly because the larger tyres may start to rub on the frame.
Bottom line:
You have a bad case of the "I wanna"s.
Think this through. Do some research. Call/email lift vendors, ask questions and find solutions. There will always be another tyre sale.
