Have a look at Jimnybits.co.uk, they have good coils. I run their 3" coils and love em. I would probably recommend the same for your build instead of going body lift path. That will see you running up to 31s with a bit of bashing guards etc. Anything over that I'd go bodylift.
Holden Commodore or Camira rear shocks and swap out the bush or just the eye to suit. I just drilled mine out.
Few brand on the market to choose from, if I was to get another set I'd personally go OME.
Definitely get a set of Camber Bolts if you don't have some already, and also some diff drop brackets. Both can be bought from Jimnybits
