Hi I'm Fozzy from around Cockburn area. So after many years of awwing and ahhing about getting a zook I finally got one. I've been looking through good tech stuff and thought I'd do an oil change. It all went good but heard a squealing noise and a lot of vibration coming from the distributor assembly after I replaced oil and oil filter. Went through the service manual and opened it up. Is that normal wear and if not what parts should I replace? I put the assembly back in as per service manual but when tightening the bolt it cracked, is this an easy fix or should i just replace the whole thing? Sorry for the long first post, I've been reading through a lot of the threads and making a new thread was the last thing I wanted to do as I know it is a pain in the arse if another thread has already solved the issues. Look forward to your replies F.

Could anyone shed some light on how to fix the mount where the bolt goes into? It's come off completely. I haven't driven it since but did use vice grips on it just to make sure it did run.

Change your subject on the thread to something more descriptive and you might attract the right person to have a read =) Just edit the original post.

What sort of light do you need shed - it's broken - it needs to be replaced.
It's bolted to the back of the head, unbolt it, remove, fit replacement (new O rings would be a good idea whilst you have it out) - if you can't find a replacement, it might be possible to have it built up by welding, refacing and then drill & tap a hole - but, I suspect that will be a fairly expensive approach.

I would check that the bolt is the correct length, it may have bottomed out.

Thanks for your replies, now that I know what I'm looking for I can go forward.
@Rhinoman the bolt is the original I'm assuming plus the cracked part of the flange came off completely.
@sideways that would be awesome if you have a spare. Is the part compatible with the 1.3L G13BA engine?
The engine oil level is right on full, will there be overflow of oil when removing the housing?

Replaced the housing and o ring now doesn't make any squealing noises. Winning!
