Joe Blow Floater kit and axles to suit

Located Northside Brisbane

Will post at buyers cost

Price: $200 neg

Came on a diff I bought, never driven. I'm going a different direction

What you see is what you get, all flanges to mount to your diff, seals and axles.
You need to supply vitara hubs and all brake components
Seals are in good condition, have been pressed out not levered

Who ever purchased this please be aware these axles are made of cheese, mine broke clean off at the circlip.

I'd upgrade to some ADD Engineering Axles or atleast get some as spares :)

Those ones do look to be slightly better machined and less egg shaped than yours though

I was going to ask whether the root of the circle groove was smaller than the OD of the smallest diameter of the axle shaft, but as Jon pointed out, they do look a little better machined than yours. Lets hope that means they were also better designed.

I'll have a measure of them once I have them in hand. So I should have a measure of the circlip groove O.D and a few points of the shafts along their length. Would it be worth running them between centers and checking for runout/ ovalness? Cylindrical grinder can fix the ovalness if any and if there's enough material.

Do that. The rest of the kit is worth the 200 bucks, so the axles are basically freebies.

I don't see why they would break at the circlip, no load is outside there
